Relationship Insight Specialist

Job Description:

As a Relationship Annotation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI's understanding of relationship dynamics. Your responsibilities will include annotating user interactions, identifying key behavioral patterns, and contributing to the development of personalized insights and growth recommendations. Training will be provided at the onset of the job, and qualifications will be evaluated throughout the training process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotating user interactions to facilitate AI-driven analysis of relationship dynamics.
• Identifying and categorizing behavioral patterns to enhance personalized insights.
• Collaborating with AI experts to refine annotation processes and improve accuracy.
• Contributing to the development of growth and skills recommendations based on annotated data.

Duration:

• 15-25 hours a week, with 20 hours preferred.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Professional level conversational english fluency is required.

• Compensation
• Salary range for annotators in a Pre-Seed AI relationship guidance company: $15 to $20 per hour
• Length of employment is indefinite - as the business grows, we’ll need to scale our team.

Experiences/Requirements:

• Expertise in Relationship Studies: Demonstrated understanding of relational dynamics and psychological principles.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in annotating user interactions for insights.
• Advanced Degree in Psychology/Social Science: Master's or Ph.D. preferred, with a focus on relationship studies. Undergraduates with relevant experience are considered.
